1. WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO FREE?
We offer FREE Standard Shipping to 25+ Countries including The United States, Australia, United Kingdom, France and many others.

2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you place your order, it will be processed in 24 hours and sent to the production house to get started working on your shoes. Production including quality checks, packaging and shipping usually take between 5 - 7 business days and you should receive a tracking number within 8 business days.
Once you receive your tracking number you can track your order at anytime here or by using the Track Order links in the header or footer menu of our website
3. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE?
Before placing an order, we encourage you to measure your foot and refer to our size guide to ensure you order the correct size. For most customers your shoe size should be the same as you would normally wear in runners or sneakers as our shoes run true to size.
Please refer to the "How to Measure Foot Length" instructions and sizing tables on the Kickit Ink size guide page before placing an order.
As all shoes are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for customers who have ordered the incorrect size so please ensure you measure accurately and refer to our size charts to ensure you order the correct size.

4. HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, it is important that you contact us within 24 hours as we send your order into production 24 hours after you place the order on the Kickit Ink website.
As all items are custom made, once your order goes into production we will not be able to cancel or modify the order.

5. HOW DO DISCOUNT CODES WORK?
There are two types of discounts offered on the Kickit Ink website, discounts that are automatically applied at checkout and discount codes.
Here's how they work:
- Automatic Discounts - Automatic discounts are applied automatically to your cart and do not require you to enter a discount code at checkout. An example of these types of discounts would be when you purchase 2 or more pairs of shoes a bulk discount will be automatically applied to your entire order (excludes shipping, taxes etc). (2 pairs = 5% off | 3 pairs = 10% off | 4+ pairs = 15% off)
- Discount Codes - Discount codes are a series of letters and numbers that you need to manually enter into the "Discount Code" field at checkout in order to receive the $ or % discount at checkout. These discounts are not automatically applied. An example of these types of discounts would be if you subscribe to our free mailing list you instantly receive a new customer discount code for $10 off your first purchase. On the checkout page you would enter the discount code you received via email after you subscribed into the "Discount Code" field and the $10 would automatically be deducted from your order
Discounts apply to products only and do not apply to other costs such as shipping, taxes (VAT) etc
6. can i stack discounts at checkout?
No, discounts cannot be stacked at checkout.
An example of stacking discounts would be as follows:
If at checkout you then enter the $10 off discount code, the $16.70 discount will be removed and the $10.00 discount applied to your order. Two or more discounts cannot be used at the same time.
