1. Tape a piece of white paper to a hard, flat surface and up against a wall to ensure the paper doesn't slip
2. Place your left foot on the paper and heel against the wall, feet shoulder width apart and weight evenly balanced
3. With a pen or pencil pointed straight down, have a friend or partner assist you by marking the tip of your big toe.
4. Once the mark is recorded, grab a ruler or tape measure and measure the distance between the wall and your big toe marking and write it on the paper (in inches or centimetres). This measurement represents the length of the foot.
5. Now turn the paper over and repeat steps 1 - 4 with your right foot as it is common for one foot to be a slightly different length to the other..
6. Apply the longer of the two measurements to the corresponding foot length size guide table above to find the correct size for your longest recorded foot length. When matching your foot length to the size guide we recommend adding 3 - 5mm or going up a half to a full size to give yourself some room in the toe area.
***For the most accurate results, measure your feet at the end of the day when they are likely to be at their largest***
