Before placing an order, we encourage you to measure your foot and refer to our size guide below to ensure you order the correct size. For most customers your shoe size should be the same as you would normally wear in runners or sneakers as our shoes run true to size.

Please refer to the "How to Measure Foot Length" instructions and sizing tables on this page before placing an order. As all shoes are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for customers who have ordered the incorrect size so please ensure you measure accurately and refer to our size charts to ensure you order the correct size.

How to Measure Foot Length

Tape a piece of white paper to a hard, flat surface which will ensure the paper doesn't slip.
Place one foot on the paper, feet shoulder width apart and weight evenly balanced.
With a pen or pencil pointed straight down, have a friend or partner assist you by marking the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel.
Once the marks are recorded, grab a ruler or tape measure and measure the distance between the two points (in inches or centimetres). This measurement represents the length of the foot.
Now turn the paper over and repeat steps 1 - 4 with the other foot as it is common for one foot to be a slightly different length to the other.
Apply the longer of the two measurements to our insole size guide below to find the right corresponding size for the longest recorded foot length. When matching your foot length to the size guide we recommend going up 1 - 2 sizes to give yourself some room in the toe area

i.e. If you were purchasing the men's high tops and your foot measured 28cm, you would not select the size 9.5 but either the size 10 or 11, depending on how much space you wanted in the toe area
For the most accurate results, measure your feet at the end of the day when they are likely to be at their largest.
